Crafted with precision using zero carbon steel, the VIT-Smooth 11 degree Elbow features a robust 1.2mm thickness coated with a durable 0.2mm Powder Vitreous Enamel finish in matte black. Adhering to EN1856-2 T600 N1 Vm L80120 G450 standards, this construction ensures reliability, durability, and compliance with stringent safety regulations.

Installation:
Maintain a minimum distance of 345mm from combustible materials such as wood or plasterboards when installing the VIT-Smooth 11 degree Elbow. Always ensure correct orientation during installation, positioning the smaller diameter downward to retain condensates within the flue system.
The elbow utilizes a friction-fit joint system that doesn’t require additional sealing. However, for enhanced security, joints can be coated with a jointing compound like fire cement or high-temperature silicone sealant to prevent condensate escape and maintain the pipe’s appearance. When cutting the system, cover any exposed steel with high-temperature paint to prevent rusting over time.
